- Order data: the package selected, quantity, scent, add-ons, schedule, and chosen payment method.

- We do not collect credit card or bank account data through this website, because online payment is not active.
3. Purpose of use
- To process, schedule, and deliver laundry orders.
- To contact you about order confirmation, schedule changes, or findings on your laundry.
- To answer enquiries sent through the contact form.
- To keep order records as proof of transaction and as a basis for handling claims.
4. Basis for processing
- Processing is carried out on the basis of performing the service agreement you requested, together with the consent you give when submitting a form.

- Data may be shared on a limited basis with couriers or operational partners assisting with pickup and delivery, only as far as needed to fulfil the order.
