This document governs use of the LaundryKu website and the laundry services ordered through it. By submitting an order, you are taken to have read and accepted the terms below.
1. Definitions
- "We" refers to LaundryKu, the laundry service operated by the responsible person named on the Contact page.
- "You" or "Customer" refers to the party ordering services through this website.
- "Order" means a service request submitted through the checkout form on this website.
2. Ordering and confirmation
- An order submitted through the website is not yet final. It becomes binding once we confirm it by email or message.
- We may decline or cancel an order where the item is beyond what we can handle, the address falls outside our service area, or the details provided cannot be verified.
- The pickup slot you select is a preference. If it is unavailable, we will offer the nearest alternative.
3. Pricing and payment
- Prices shown on the website are catalog prices per unit and may change at any time without prior notice.
- The final total is calculated from the weighing or inspection carried out when we receive your laundry. If it differs from the estimate, we confirm with you before continuing.
- Payment is currently made in cash or by bank transfer on delivery. This website does not yet process automatic online payments.
4. Customer obligations
- Please make sure no valuables, money, documents, or electronic items are left inside the laundry. We are not responsible for such items.
- Tell us about any delicate fabric, particular stain, or care instruction we should know about — ideally in the notes field when ordering.
- The details you provide must be accurate and reachable, particularly your contact number and pickup address.
5. Service limitations
- Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Queue length, weather, and fabric condition can all affect them.
- We do not guarantee that every stain can be removed. Old stains, stains that have been ironed over, and certain dyes may remain.
- We are not responsible for damage arising from manufacturing defects in the fabric, fair wear and tear, or a care label that does not match the actual material.
6. Claims
- The procedure for claims relating to damage, loss, or unsatisfactory results is set out in the Claims and Compensation Policy, which forms an inseparable part of this document.
7. Intellectual property
- The name, logo, text, and illustrations on this website belong to LaundryKu unless stated otherwise. Commercial reuse requires written permission.
8. Changes to these terms
- We may update this document at any time. The current version is always shown on this page along with its effective date. Orders already confirmed follow the terms in force at the time of confirmation.
9. Governing law
- This document is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion.
